AT THE end of term Barry Comprehensive School's Creative Arts Faculty put on a production of “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat”.

Performed in front of sold out audiences over three nights, the cast of Year Seven and 13 pupils wowed family and friends with hits like “Close Every Door”, “Go, Go, Go Joseph” and “Any Dream Will Do”.

The cast featured Joe Green in the lead role as Joseph and Holly Proud as the Narrator. This production was the last for many of the students who are moving on to higher education and we would like to wish them all the best for their studies and for the future.

However, the talent pool at Barry Comprehensive School keeps on growing and we are delighted to say that the future is definitely bright here, with many more students getting involved in school production work and showing off their considerable talents. Long may this continue!

This production continued the schools tradition of producing West End quality shows in the West End of Barry.

Keep an eye out on the school website for future productions which include this year’s Pantomime “Return to the Yellow Brick Road”.
