The session takes place at The Senior Health Shop
AGE Connects Cardiff and Vale will be holding an information session for carers who look after a relative or loved one who is confused, forgetful, severely depressed and have some form of dementia.
Crossroads Care in the Vale can help relieve the strain of continuous caring and provide them with some quality time. They offer a range of services including help at home, social groups, support groups for carers as well as a free counselling service.
The session will be held on Tuesday, May 5 at the Senior Health Shop, 38 Holton Road, Barry from 10am until noon.
