COLLEGE Fields Nursing home have been presented their CAREM8 Investors in Care award by the Vale of Glamorgan mayor, Councillor Fred Johnson.
Cllr Fred Johnson, mayor, presented the award and said, "It's always a huge pleasure to come here to College Fields, this home is more than just a care home. It's like being in a family. It's where the residents and staff come together and provide not only excellent nursing care, but a home in the truest sense of the word.
"I was delighted to hear about Carlmichael and his CAREM8 team from FITM8 they provide an outstanding service completely understanding the needs of their clients.
"I'm very pleased to present the CAREM8 Investors in Care award to the matron Rachel Kemp and her team and wish you all the very best for this improving service."
